既然是低压设备,LVD可不用做,EMC只需要做静电和辐射抗扰度即可

I think the Photobiological safety test may be necessary. That means your LED torch may be tested according to EN62471. By the way, the EMC tests (EN55015 + EN61547) are also needed.

About the EN60825-1, the latest version has already removed the LED from its scope. Hence, your LED product needs not to have the classification test according to EN60825-1.

其实楼主问的是产品出口到欧洲需要什么强制认证
而欧洲强制性认证标志是CE,出口商可通过第三方认证机构测试获得CE证书,也可自我宣称
