玩具激光手枪需要做FDA测试注册？

玩具激光手枪，出口美国、日本、德国，客户要求做FDA测试和注册，

请问需要遵循的标准是什么？产品或包装上需要什么LOGO？

你们客户没有搞错吧？FDA不是美国食品药品监督局么？应该是医疗器械才做FDA的吧？你这个手枪是玩具啊！真的不懂，应该做ROHS和REACH就够了吧？有没有高手给指点指点啊！我正是有产品要做FDA认证！

Based on the classification report according to IEC60825-1, all the laser related products will file the accession number with United States Department of Health and Human Services ( DHHS).
