    这一条款为60598-1II类灯具定义部分的注三，讲的是接地为了帮助灯具启动，而不接到易触及金属部件，该灯具仍被认为II 类灯具。

    我想问，接地是怎么帮助灯具的启动的？有接地，却划分为II类，是不是II 类灯具可以用I 类器具的插头？
