为何电线火花机误报警

为何电线火花机常报警，而一检查却并未出现击穿？请高人赐教

1.How do you verify the wire which has the alarm information?
2.If step 1 shows your verification method is ok, and the wire is really no flash over, then you can use a broken wire and let it go through the spark tester, check whether the alarm happens...

报警后自动停机，经查无击穿现现象（若被击穿，有发黑点）

GB/T3048.9-2007中有6.4：被试绝缘线芯进入电极之前，应用适当的方法除去绝缘表面的水份，以防止试验过程中产生闪络。
线芯是否未充分吹干，将水份带入火花机内引起假击穿？

会不会是火花试验时引起电线绝缘层温度升高绝缘能力下降造成报警，但事后打耐压又测不出来。
其它原因会不会是和环境有关？环境湿度太大会不会造成误报警？或者和静电有关？
