950会做变压器过载, 原因见ANNEX C.1
65不会做变压器过载, 只做输出端过载.

65的也应该要做吧
65标准11章节中有说到：components power supplies and their power transformers complying
with the construction and test requirement of UL 1310, UL 1950 ,Third edition, or UL 60950 are considered to fulfill the test requirement of this clause.

我以前做过电源测度的，知道60950肯定是要做变压器过载的，60065应该不用做！
