5.1.1基本要求中有如下句子：

该怎么分析接触电流有效值会超过3.5mA ，但保护电流不会超过输入电流的5% 呢？谢谢！

B类设备接触电流可以超过3.5mA但是不能超过其额定电流的5%，这种情况是需要有警告标识的.

分别测试touch current 和PROTECTIVE EARTHING CONDUCTOR. 而不是分析,分析是得不出测试结果的
前者是接人体模拟阻抗的, 而后者不用接的.
