Better husband is more important.
It's really a problem for our girls.when this occured in my mind,I will choose a better job without hesitation first.
Maybe oneday you will out of your husband's love,but we can gain a lot of experience,make friends and constantly learing from work.
In a word,better job is much more credible,ambitious ,meaningful !
From a rational point of view, that's right, but if we lived out of love, the life would be so meaningless. So I think, a good husband first, then a good job to let your dreams come true.
Incidentally, it's really a difficult question to every girl.

As a member of a family, if wife have a good job, it'll help the family to increase money to buy house and other quickly.
Also, good job means economic independence. If divorce, woman wouldn't fall into poor life.
What is a better job? Have more salary or/and more challenge or/and easier job? If the better job occupy most of the time, the wife has little time to accompany the child and help solving housework. Is it good for child and the whole family? May be yes, may be no. That depends on circumstances. You can ask your father or/and mother help raising the child and solving housework. However, in such case, the husband commonly would spend more time on family for this or that thing.
What is a better husband? Have more money or/and good job/career or/and personality?
Facing better husband and better job, if i must choose the one not both, I think better husband is the better choice. Because the good husband can bring the love to you, can make your life happy, can protect the family from poor
My thinking is traditional. I think the most time of a wife should be used to assist the husband and educate the children.
If the woman have a good job. And the husband is not good enough but can support your job. That's not bad. But if choose the good job but give up a good husband and marry the 'next' husband and bear an unhappy life, or divorce. That's bad.
So I thinkthat depends on circumstances. How better the job or the husband?
