回路不是指总个玩具的电路组成回路,而是指两电池之间组成回路<短路>,导致爆炸及烫伤

EN 62115 修订草案 2 中指出：

6.2电池玩具的测试豁免准则：Specify that for the short-circuit test of accessible insulation between part of different polarity using specified straight steel pin, those in battery compartments are excluded.
指明不同极性部件之间的可接触绝缘短路测试使用指定的直钢针，在电池仓中的不包括。
