we have one resistor and the spec is 0.05 Ohm , 3 Watt.does it need to certificate?

I would much appreciate all experts quick response.

赞同楼上两位的观点.
比如: 代替Fuse用, 可以有UL的认证, 也可以不用, 如没有,在电阻断开进行保护的情况下, 测试需重复10次.
而如果做为初级和次级之间的放电电阻, 则需要有UL的认证.
