搖鈴＆擠壓玩具

請問一個充棉公仔，在公仔的肚子里面是一個擠壓玩具，兩只腳里面含有搖鈴玩具，注意搖鈴＆擠壓玩具都是由棉花包圍住的，那么整個公仔算搖鈴＆擠壓嗎？ 如果算是的話，公仔的腳和手都可以穿過搖領測試模塊和擠壓測試模塊，希望大家給個詳細的答案！謝謝

所以你那个毛绒公仔手脚能穿过摇铃测试器是没问题的，不过在(tension test, seams and materials）线缝处不被拉开就OK了

虽然被棉花包围，但其核心依然是硬物，依然要过两个模块
一般情况下，手脚上的摇铃挤压容易穿透模块，而身体和头部里面的就没那么容易了

So, it is not a rattle.

3.1.62 squeeze toy—a handheld pliable toy, intended for children under the age of 18 months, usually incorporating a noise-making feature activated by forcing air through an opening when flexed or squeezed, and which recovers to its original shape when released.

与16CFR 1510有出入，测试的时候，该按哪个判断呢？
能说说ASTM和CPSC 16CFR的关系吗？我只知道ASTM很多都是引用CPSC的

主要还是填充玩具,挤压和摇铃只是玩具的一个功能
一般不用过测试模块,<因为填充和毛绒玩具不用过啊>
如果滥用测试和正常玩耍时,毛绒内的挤压和摇铃的东西能被触及或突出<建议过测试模块>

個人認為應該遵循CFR 1510 Requirements for rattles 里面的要求！
