UL60065 11.1异常条件下的漏电限制值是怎样的?
按照标准上所写:11.1 DR Electric shock hazardProtection against electric shock shall still exist when the apparatus is operated under fault conditions.
Compliance is checked by the tests described in clause 9, modified as specified below and under fault
conditions.
For contacts of TERMINALS
– the permissible values of 9.1.1.1 a) for other than audio signals, are increased to 70 V (peak)
a.c. and 120 V d.c.,
NOTE 1 The limits under normal operating conditions for audio signals should not be exceeded under fault conditions.
and
– the permissible values of 9.1.1.1 b) are increased to U1 = 70 V (peak) and U2 = 1,4 V (peak)
for a.c. and to U1 = 4 V for d.c., twice the value given
provided that the connectors for antenna and/or earth cannot be inserted into the TERMINAL under test.
那么音视频产品异常漏电非接地部分的限制值是1.0MIU吗?在9.1.1.1条款里有讲接地部分限值为3.5MIU, 那异常漏电接地部分的限制值是多少呢?11.1这里都没有讲,对于标准这里甚为疑惑,请高手们帮忙解答一下,THS. 就是1.0MIU,对于接地部分,异常泄露电流还是3.5MIU 你们公司做的UL案件是这样的吗?标准什么地方有暗示不?有没有原文依据能给我参考一下啊?
我们公司07年做的案件DATA SHEET中人家工程师标的是0.5MIU呢,真是搞不懂啊。 0.5MIU是做正常测试时候的泄露电流值,可参考UL60065-2006Clause9.1.1.1,异常时泄露电流是正常时的两倍1.0MIU
楼上说的情况只有一种可能:贵公司的产品适合热带气候下使用,当产品在热带使用时,泄露电流限制值减小为一半,即:0.25MIU,那么异常时限制值为0.5MIU,可参考UL60065-2006Clause9.1.1.1-Note 3 那我們測時都是照正常條件下的限值來判斷的 按照正常条件下判断是不合理的,需依据标准
