准确来说，第一个标志应该是固有或非固有耐短路隔离变压器。(Inherently or non-inherently short-circuit-proof safety isolating transformer)
具体定义
       inherently short-circuit proof transformer
    short-circuit proof transformer not equipped with any device for protection against overload or short circuit. Thetransformer by construction does not exceed the specified temperature limits, and continues to operate and meet all the requirements of this standard after the removal of the overload or short circuit
   
         non-inherently short-circuit proof transformer
    short-circuit proof transformer equipped with a protective device or with an intentional weak part which opens theinput circuit or the output circuit, or reduces the current in the input circuit or theoutput circuit when thetransformer is overloaded or short-circuited, and continues to meet all the requirements of this standard after removal of the overload or short circuit
