应对UL1004标准的变革,解读标准统计[周期2009-05-23 to 06-06]
UL将在2010年9月15日,对现有的电机标准进行变更,由现在的UL 1004细分为更具体的标准届时将会有UL 1004-1,UL 1004-2,UL 1004-3,UL 1004-4,UL 1004-5,UL 1004-6,UL 1004-7,UL 1004-8(其中-6/ -7/ -8部分为空,待后续使用), 原标准UL 1004和UL 1004b将退出舞台
具体为UL 1004细分为UL 1004-1/-2/-3/-5
UL 1004b变更为UL 1004-4
详细标准名如下:
UL 1004-1 Rotating Electrical Machines - General Requirements
UL 1004-2 Impedance Protected Motors
UL 1004-3 Thermally Protected Motors
UL 1004-4 Electric Generators
UL 1004-5 Fire Pump Motors
标准的具体使用方法
UL 1004-2/ -3/ -4/ -5部分将配合UL 1004-1部分使用,如果涉及到绝缘系统的需配合UL 1446及UL 2111进行考核
为了积极应对标准变化对各相关企业的影响,本版块将在后续会对标准进行详细的解读
另将重点放在结构方面的理解上
PS:在工作中经常遇见将测试放重点,而忽略对结构评估的严格要求
在和多方认证机构打交道后感觉出问题的大部分是由于结构方面,故将解读重点放在结构评估上面,也包括合适的资料准备
在此先进行解读标准投票,待投票结束后将进行标准的解读工作,望大家积极的参与进来

会有一段时间的过度期 难道做绝缘系统的这么少吗?感觉都没什么人气 版主辛苦了,好多的资料!
