请教EN62115和IEC62115有什么区别？
都是关于电的要求，但不知道大体上有什么区别呢？
我一点都不懂，帮别人问的，期待高手解答！

其中欧洲的共同偏差用C字小旗指出：

The CENELEC common modifications have been implemented at the appropriate places in the text. The start and finish of each common modification is indicated in the text by tags C>内容<C. Where a common modification has been introduced by amendment, the tags carry the number of the amendment. For example, the common modifications introduced by CENELEC amendment A11 are indicated by C11> 内容 <C11‚.

EN 是参照IEC的标准制定的，只是把一些不适合欧洲的地方去掉了
