客人投诉铭牌粘性不好,到达客人手中后,铭牌脱落了,各位在平时的工作中,针对铭牌粘性做哪些检测呢?请指教,谢谢

做个IEC 60335-1的7.14测试
7.14 The markings required by the standard shall be clearly legible and durable.
Compliance is checked by inspection and by rubbing the marking by hand for 15 s with a
piece of cloth soaked with water and again for 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked with
petroleum spirit.
After all the tests of this standard, the marking shall be clearly legible. It shall not be easily
possible to remove marking plates nor shall they show curling.

二楼怎么答非所问了,标签自然是做7.14的标贴擦拭测试. 先用水擦15S,再用汽油擦15S. 试验后依然清晰,且不易揭下而且没有卷边就PASS.

估计楼主是想问：标签本身没有问题，能承受测试，但是粘不住。那粘不粘得住的测试方法是什么？

可以做一下普通的AGING(老化测试), 老化后再检查贴纸有无翘起或脱落的现象.

将公司现有的铭牌覆着力测试方法介绍,如有不当之处,有指教:
1.将铭牌粘贴在铭牌所贴的部件上,粘贴10次(粘贴后再撕起,再粘贴)后,用带吸盘的拉力计,拉铭牌,10N的力铭牌应不脱落,角部不翘起.
2.将铭牌粘贴在铭牌所贴的部件上,放入恒温箱中,恒温箱温度设定到11章测试铭牌处的最高温度再加上30℃,待温度稳定后,恒温1小时后,将其取出,冷却到常温,再用带吸盘的拉力计,拉铭牌,10N的力铭牌应不脱落,角部不翘起.
