UL60065结构问题
最近接到一个音箱的案子,在结构方面有一点向大家请教。音箱的回音筒是纸的,变压器固定在木板上,次级输出低电压,对于纸质,要求满足V-2的防火?
但我们考虑防火的时候有三个条件:起火源,火源的传递路径, 被引燃的物品。
但看纸筒与变压器相隔太远,无法有一个传递的路径,木板已经达到了6mm,满足了防火外壳的要求。
请高手指教下,为什么纸筒要更换为V-2的材料。

但那个筒离变压器很远的啊,有足够的距离。
且在变压器的周边,有三边都已经满足了防火的要求,就是对面一个纸筒。
只是存在一个危险电压,功率<15W。(内部也没有》4KV
还是有点不太明白,请指教。。 纸筒,是指那个有金属网格的吗?
15W是指最大输出,可不是指正常的。
周围还有高压的导线和PCB板的,不知道你这些又是怎么考虑的? 变压器输出是10V,所以后面的不考虑。
对就是那个金属网罩的以前是一个纸筒,大于15W才要防火外壳的。。
不管正常还是不正常 你能告诉我变压器次边的电阻是多少吗? 用过电阻法测试:变压器电阻:次级:720毫欧,初级65欧。
问题是用纸筒行不行?
因为火源的传递路径几乎是不太可能的。 这个结构应该没有问题吧,你的所谓纸简到变压器初级,也就就是潜在引燃源距离都够远了 根据UL 60065中的条款,注意红色部分:
20.1 DU Electrical components and mechanical parts
Electrical components and mechanical parts with the exception of those in b), shall comply with
the requirements of 20.1.1, 20.1.2, 20.1.3 and 20.1.4.
b) The following parts which would contribute negligible fuel to a fire:
– small mechanical parts, such as mounting parts, gears, cams, belts and bearings, if
the mass of the non-metallic material of each part does not exceed 4 g, excluding
metal, glass and ceramic;
– parts such as projection TV lenses, loudspeaker parts, external accessories, and
fibrous materials less than 0.25 mm thick;
– small electrical components such as:
• integrated circuits, transistors, optocoupler packages;
• capacitors with a volume not exceeding 1 750 mm3,
provided these components are mounted on material of flammability category V-1 or
better according to UL 94.
我觉得你说的纸筒,这部分应该没有问题的。你可以再仔细看一下标准中这部分的。
不过你的变压器理论上输出是大于15W,你可以自己计算一下的。
