有关CE问题
各位请教下,,低于50V的灯具是不是不能做CE认证啊. 下面是60598的适用范围，并没有说低于50V的不符合此标准。0SECTION 0: GENERAL INTRODUCTION
0.1Scope and object
This Part 1 of International Standard IEC 60598 specifies general requirements for luminaires,
incorporating electric light sources for operation from supply voltages up to 1 000 V. The
requirements and related tests of this standard cover: classification, marking, mechanical
construction and electrical construction.
Each section of this Part 1 is read in conjunction with this Section 0 and with other relevant
sections to which reference is made.
Each part of IEC 60598-2 details requirements for a particular type of luminaire or group of
luminaires on supply voltages not exceeding 1 000 V. These parts are published separately for
ease of revision and additional sections will be added as and when a need for them is
recognized.
Attention is drawn to the fact that this Part 1 covers all aspects of safety (electrical, thermal
and mechanical).
The presentation of photometric data for luminaires is under consideration by the International
Commission on Illumination (CIE) and is not, therefore, included in this Part 1. 50V以下应该不用做LVD了,但是EMC还是要做的吧 50V以下的灯具依旧属于LVD指令的范畴,如果做认证依旧需要按照LVD指令内适应的标准做测试 直流低于75V，交流低于50V的灯具都不用做LVD，如果你的灯具出货时可以不带镇流器，那么也不用做EMC 不属于CE LVD范围，但标准是适用的，标准使用电压是0-1000V 我同意4楼的说法,我也问过TUV,他们也是这样说的,他说标准2006年更新了,LVD的适用范围是从50V-1000V,但我看标准就是找不到这点,所以还请各位兄台帮忙下在那里能找到.谢! CE LVD 和标准的适用对象（电压要求）不一样的
附件是LVD指令 CE是符合欧盟低电压指令LVD的符合性证书，其根据是低电压指令。EN 60598仅是低电压指令中需要符合的一个标准。指令高于标准。一般来说，符合了LVD中指定的标准，即表明符合了LVD指令的要求。（按产品类别分，不一定唯一）。但CE证书首先要符合LVD的覆盖范围。象本例，发CE LVD并不合适（但传说ITS可以发，不知怎么搞的） 认证公司也是根据指令办事的，指令是根据标准规定来操作的，标准规定不可以做LVD的，那么哪家公司说可以做，那么就只是忽悠你的拉，或者做出来的效用等于一张白纸！如有不明白可以联系我(不可留联系方式 by:ogzl)
