应急灯

根据标准EN 60598-2-22的22.10，为了保证永远连接到电源上，是否要求应急灯必须连接到固定布线？不可以使用插头等连接方式？

22.10.1
emergency lighting luminaires shall be permanerntly connected to the mains supply in order to prevent any unintended disconnection, In addition all electrical connections between different parts of components of the luminaires shall be permanent.
