请教大神欧洲的EMC要求是否如美国只适用于特定频率产品？
看起来欧洲的相关的EMC标准Scope中都有提到频宽范围工作频率，是否意味着他们也只管控工作频率在此频率内的相关产品？如：
a. EN55014中有写明“The frequency range covered is 9kHz to 400GHz”
b. EN55032中就有明确其目标"The objectives of this publication are: 1) to establish requirements which provide an adequate level of protection of the radio spectrum, allowing radio services to operate as intended in the frequency range 9 kHz to 400 GHz;"
c. EN55022中也有提到"Procedures are given for the measurement of the levels of spurious signals generated by the ITE and limits are specified for the frequency range 9kHz to 400GHz for both class A and Class B equipment."

你能澄清下你所说的特定频率是指产品的工作频率还是指RF发射频率（如果有RF功能）？如果是指产品工作频率，这个难道说每类产品都需要符合相应的特定频率？另外，这个EU的EMC要求有这类规定？
