现在61347-1,18.5条款，就是这样写的， 如下：
Lamp controlgear intended for building into luminaires other than ordinary,independent lamp controlgear, and lamp controlgear having insulation subject to starting voltages with a peak value higher than 1 500 V shall be resistant to tracking
For materials other than ceramic, compliance is checked by subjecting the parts to the tracking test according to Section 13 of IEC 60598-1:2014. 非普通灯具按照60598-1，13.4 Resistance to tracking 的规定无需做漏电起痕测试。
Insulating parts of luminaires, which are other than ordinary luminaires, which retain currentcarrying
parts or SELV parts in position or are in contact with such parts, shall be of material
resistant to tracking unless they are protected against dust and moisture 学习到了。很棒
