SPT: Stranded, Parallel, Thermoplastic
SPT:绞合的、平行的、热塑性塑料的
This is always followed by a -1, -2 or -3, signifying insulation thickness for different applications.
这后面总是跟着－1，－2，或－3，以象征不同应用中的绝缘厚度。
HPN: Heater, Parallel, Neoprene
Required for heater-type application, such as irons, toasters, etc.
HPN：加热器，平行的，氯丁橡胶

NOTE: We can run some 20 AWG, but mostly we run 18, 16 and 14 AWG, 2 or 3 conductors. P is always Parallel Wire (Flat).

If no “J“ is in the wire type, then it is a hard service (600 Volt).

If no “T“ is in the wire type, then it has a rubber jacket.

V = Vacuum - as in vacuum cleaner.
