关于UL696中电源线疑问

The flexible cord and attachment plug provided with an electric toy shall have an ampacity not less than the marked ampere rating of the toy, and the conductor of the cord shall have a cross sectional area not less than 18 AWG(并且导线的横截面积不小于18AWG)
是不是美规的玩具上 使用的电源线 很截面积都要≥18AWG? 即使电流很小也要≥18AWG??
