各位大神UL1973 和 UL2054 的应用区别在哪啊？

我们的产品是一个3000W 的BBU 跟PSU 连接在一起，当PSU 通电的时候,PSU 给BBU 充电。当PSU 断电的时候，BBU 给PSU 提供DC，最终输出给系统供电。
我们纠结到底是用UL1973 还是UL2054 。我觉得是用UL2054 但是客户说要做UL1973
UL1973
1.1 These requirements cover electric energy storage systems as defined by this standard for use as
energy storage for stationary applications such as for PV, wind turbine storage or for UPS, etc.
applications. These systems are to be installed in accordance with the National Electric Code, ANSI/NFPA
70 or other applicable installation codes.
1.2 These requirements also cover electric energy storage systems (EESS) as defined by this standard
for use in light electric rail (LER) applications and stationary rail applications such as rail substations

UL2054
1.1 These requirements cover portable primary (nonrechargeable) and secondary (rechargeable)
batteries for use as power sources in products. These batteries consist of either a single electrochemical
cell or two or more cells connected in series, parallel, or both, that convert chemical energy into electrical
energy by chemical reaction.

UL2054 主要是家用和商用的电池包，UL1973 最新版连标准名称都改了，主要是储能

像3000W的BBU，机构一般不接受做UL2054的

从认证角度看，如果终端是要做950/62368， 理论上，有下面两条路可选：
1. UL2054 + IEC62133；
2. UL1973

UL1973的费用贼贵，一般客户都是想方设法选用方法一，很少有客户选用方法二。UL1973 一旦扯入UL991和UL1998的软件评估，费用周期等等还得再翻翻。。。。。。。
