19.15 Transformers provided with pins intended to be introduced into fixed socket-outlets
shall not impose undue strain on these socket-outlets.
Compliance is checked by inserting the transformer, as in normal use, into a fixed socketoutlet
complying with IEC 60083, the socket-outlet being pivoted about the horizontal axis
through the central lines of the contact tubes at a distance of 8 mm behind the engagement
face of the socket-outlet.
The additional torque which has to be applied to the socket-outlet to maintain the engagement
face in the vertical plane shall not exceed 0,25 Nm.
