看 EN 60598-1 这一段:

4.10.4Protective impedance device   

Accessibleconductive partsseparated bydouble orreinforced insulation,e.g.live partsand thebodyorprimaryand secondarycircuits,maybe bridged (conductive bridged)byresistorsor Y2 capacitorsprovided theyconsistsofatleasttwo separate componentsofthe samerated value(resistanceorcapacitance),each rated forthe totalworking voltage and whose impedance isunlikelyto change significantlyduring the individuallifetimeoftheluminaire.If theworkingvoltage doesnotexceed therated voltageofthecapacitor,accessibleconductive partsseparatedbydoubleorreinforcedinsulationfromliveparts,asabove,maybebridgedby a single Y1 capacitor.

Y1orY2 capacitorsshallcomplywith relevantrequirementsofIEC60384-14 and ifresistors areusedtheyshallcomplywiththerequirementsoftest(a)in14.1ofIEC60065:2001, Amendment1:2005.

NOTECompliance withIEC60384-14 forcapacitorsand withIEC60065 forresistors,ensuresthatthe resistance orcapacitancewillnotsignificantlychangeduringlifetime.
