美规UL 60950和欧规IEC/EN 60950测试LCC有什么不同？美规有一种用示波器测试LCC的有三种判定1.If the open circuit voltage was less than450 V peak or dc, the capacitance in microfarads was recorded. 2.If the open circuit voltageexceeded 450 V peak or dc, but was less than 15,000 V peak ordc, the stored charge was recorded by using the formula mC = (mF) V. 3.If the open circuit voltage exceeded15,000 V peak or dc, the energy was recorded by using the formulaJ = 5(10)-7(mF)V2
