超过120VDC肯定不算，但是没超过就算SELV，只不过比60VDC的要求更严苛，爬电距离，电气间隙有要求的

直流的PEAK值就是RMS低压值。直接用RMS的距离就可以了。

电气间隙DC值可以除以sqrt 2变成RMS值！
