335-1中 28章螺钉和连接的松紧测试部分讨论
标准中对于用于某些作用的螺钉要进行10或5次松紧测试，但是对于这些位置在公司内部有歧义。
比如，一款Y连接的电磁炉的合盖螺钉；
个人认为不属于标准中提到的3个位置，但是内部同事觉得“合盖螺钉”属于用户维护保养、安装期间。
Compliance is checked by inspection and by the following test.
Screws and nuts are tested if they are
– used for electrical connections;
– used for connections providing earthing continuity, unless at least two screws or nuts are
used;
– likely to be tightened
• during user maintenance;
• when replacing a supply cord having a type X attachment;
• during installation.
The screws or nuts are tightened and loosened without jerking:
– 10 times for screws in engagement with a thread of insulating material;
– 5 times for nuts and other screws.
我个人认为假如①需要拆开电磁炉合盖螺钉，这个已经不属于用户维护保养的范围。
②安装期间是指一些购买后需要按照到位使用的器具，一般便携式器具肯定不包含在内。
我倾向于赞同楼主意见 user maintenance
any maintenance operation stated in the instructions for use, or marked on the appliance, that
the user is intended to perform
从定义上看，再结合你的产品，user maintenance 和 installation 都不会涉及到你所说的部件的螺丝， 所以不用考虑此测试 我同意你的观点。 支持楼主观点:):) 必须适用，28章第一句就已经说明了：

28.1第一句话仅仅只是说紧固装置、电气连接、接地连接应该能够承受正常只有中出现的机械应力，这仅仅是个范围结构要求，而且也是说明在“正常使用过程中”【shall withstand the mechanical stresses occurring in normal use.】
28.1第5、6句话才是测试具体实施的前提。

这个测试的前提就是螺钉或螺母是我提问时说的那些。

那我想问，如果你家的电饭锅外壳的螺丝松了，会发生什么事？ 这个章节是针对电气连接和接地连接的螺丝的。其他合盖螺丝，根本扯不上！！
而且电磁炉本来设计就是类似一次性产品，还维修什么！！一般顶多清洁而已，说明书没有指示——要拆机的！！
