举例说, 你的产品 RATED for a maximum ambient temperature 是 45 °C
the amount by which the maximum RATED temperature exceeds 40 °C 就是 5 °C (45 °C - 40 °C)
那么你的 Easily touched surfaces temperature 上限值就是 Table 19 中的数值加 5 °C
而 SINGLE FAULT CONDITION 温度上限值就是 105 °C + 5 °C = 110 °C
