关于CE
最近客户要求供应商提供LVD测试报告。货已是出了好多年的货。可供应商却说，他们以前客户是没要求CE的。所以没有LVD测试报告。如果要测试报告的话。价格要提高，我这里有个疑问。以前没CE他们是怎么出欧洲的。懂认证的大神教导一下。 CE不是可以自我宣称的么？稍有心的企业会在有测试报告的基础上宣称

So, that could not be accepted by a responsible manufacturer, and if the products in the EU area are surveyed by EU organization, then this factory will be fined and the responsible man will be put into jail...
And by the way, who signed the DOC in your factory? and this guy will be the responsible man, and seriously, this guy should locate in the EU area, which be easily contacted by the EU organization, and if there is no this kind of man in the factory, the EU representative should be set up, and normally, an NB organization is the easy one.... 一般用用的电器，适用LVD、EMC指令的，是可以自我宣告的。
