第三方项目工程师的出路

本人在第三方认证公司工作有四五年了，小家电项目工程师，当一个工作做熟了以后，工作性质就变得象一个文员了，每天都是在整理资料，写报告。有点厌倦安规生涯，刚毕业的时后花了很大功夫和心血来学习标准，吃尽了苦头，现在工资不是本行业本职位最高水平，但是也差不多快接近了，想再往上有点难，本人也是那种只知埋头做事，话很少的人，所以对自己的发展有点迷茫和担忧。
各位群友，有没有什么好的建议？

I can tell you I know a guy in a third party, named as a project ENGINEER, focus that the position is an engineer, in Wuxi, his salary is 300K+/year, not sure it's higher or lower...
