各位同学，
       64.4.2 Each product is to be operated at room temperature for 3-1/2 hours. The product is then to be
de-energized and immediately submerged in at least 304.8 mm (1 foot) of water. The temperature of the
water before submersion is to be 5°C (41°F) or less. The product is to remain submerged for 4 hours. At
the end of four hours, the product is to be removed from the water and subjected to 2 additional cycles
of operation and immersion. Between each cycle, the product is to be placed in a dry location at room
temperature for approximately 16-1/2 hours. The product is to be inspected immediately after the third
immersion for evidence of water entry.

3-1/2 hours.是指2.5小时还是3.5小时呢？
