这个产品能不能打UL mark
UL file marking要求如下， 我认为是可以印UL mark, 但另外一个同事说UL 跟他讨论过，不能印UL mark. 只能印上Replacement mark( 是UL file No.)MARKING: General – All markings unless otherwise specifiedshall not be less than 3/64 inch (1.2 mm) high lettering. Replacementmarking in lieu of traditional UL Recognition Mark.Units shall not bear the UL Recognition Markand shall be marked with the replacement marking indicated in ILL. 1 instead.Refer to ILL. 1 for replacement marking. TheUL Recognition Mark of the employed R/C smoke alarm (item 1 on page 4 of thisReport) shall be removed from the unit. Nameplate- Manufacturer’s name and model number. Refer to ILL. 2 for details. “DoNot Paint” - The outer surface shall be marked “Do Not Paint”.The letters shall not be less than 1/8 in.(3.2 mm) high and shall be located so as to be readily visible after the alarmis mounted in its intended manner. DateCode - The date of manufacture shall be non-coded and in the format of year (in4 digits), month (in letters), date (in 2 digits) located on the outside of thesmoke alarm.
