灯具driver61347要求

IEC61347中第十六章节由这么一句话：Lamp controlgear, where the components are so encapsulated in a self-hardening compound bonded to the relevant surfaces that no clearances exist, are not checked.
是否可以理解为灌胶处理的driver就不再考虑电气间隙？

那意思是要考虑爬电距离，电气间隙可以不考虑？

有缝隙的地方应该也有空气间隙吧，这个问题本版之前有讨论，可以搜搜看
