DIELECTRIC VOLTAGEWITHSTAND TEST - INDUCED POTENTIAL:the AppliedPotential tests, the [primary] [secondary] winding of each transformer wassubjected to an alternating potential of twice the [primary] [secondary] voltagerating as tabulated below.During thesetests, the [primary] [secondary]windings were open.The frequency of theapplied voltage was 400 Hz and was maintained for a period of 18 s.以上的测试方法，来自UL机构UL5085-2的test datasheet,但这个在UL5085-1/-2里没找到采用400HZ、18S的依据;如果采用120HZ、60S是否可行？他们相乘的积也能满足UL5085-1里规定的7200C呀。还有，只对初级或只对次级进行该项试验可以接受吗？欢迎大家发言，谢谢！！！
