IEC 61558-1clause 15.1：Compliance is checked by inspection andby the following tests, which are carried out
immediately after the test according to 14.1
at the same ambient temperature.
也就是说这是在热态进行过载。
UL 5085-3clause 33.2.1 One sample of a transformer shall be
operated under the conditions of Table 9 as described in
Clauses 33.2.2 – 33.2.8 and Figure 1:
Start----condition A (sample in tests described in Clauses 28.1 and 28.2)
do the test continue for 7 hours---......
也就是说这是在冷态进行过载。
