备注a: Vmax is the maximum output voltage regardless of load with rated input voltage applied.
备注c: Imaxis maximum output current regardless of load.
请问如何做到regardless of load？（实际测试中对负载短接还是开路？）

指的是任何负载下的电压和电流的最大值。当然包括开路和短路！
