b For a self-ballasted lamp, the temperature limit of a polymeric material may be increased above the established RTI value for
70,000 hours to correspond with the maximum expected lamp life. For fluorescent lamps, 5,000 to 10,000 hours life is typical. See

有一个LED灯，测温升，然后不知灯头的绝缘体那里的温升应该是多少。
表中只写了a.b.但厂家未提供外壳的温度参数。
B看不太懂。求解答！
