可是PCB上 file no，型号，公司名，logo都没有呢，只有机种名，日期和版本号

So if as you said, the PCB does not comply with UL requirements, cause, the model No. of the PCB must be indicated on the PCB, as well, the trade mark and/or E No. must be indicated.
So in this case, the UL factory auditor could issue VN during the factory audit at the PCB factory...
Not sure what's your question finally is. Did you want to confirm whether the PCB which your factory use complies with UL's requirements? and as to the marking requirements, I believe it's already clear:
1. Type designation(model No.);
2. UL file No. or trade mark, or the recoginzed company name.
If all above is not indicated on the PCB, then that's the PCB supplier's issue, you need to communicate with the PCB supplier, in order to correct it and comply with UL requirements...

OK，就是model name，FILE no.LOGO ， company name 四者中至少要有一个来识别供应商就可以了，对吗？
因为该产品还在内审阶段，合格才能送安规，想内部把好关。

You can reference the example which I cited previously for information.
And if the PCB is the product which your factory produces and will apply for the UL approval, then you need to focus on:
1. The base board material should be UL R/C;
2. The ink material should be UL R/C;
3. Minimum conductor size;
4. Minimum conductor distance;
5. Minimum edge dimension;
......
Also if your factory is the first time to apply for UL, then it's better for your factory to ask UL to have a pre-evaluation for your products, then that'll be useful for the UL application...
