有关SVT/SJT线径设计问题
根据UL62以下条款："4.1.5.5 The overall diameters of shielded cords shall comply with the overall diameters in Table 13, plus
the additional increase due to the shield."
SVT或SJT带屏蔽线材的最大外径应是TABLE13中最大线径再加上屏蔽层的厚度，
现就我司一工程师设计SVT 18AWG/3C为例，请各位判定其设计是否正确；
导体结构41/0.16；
绝缘尺寸：2.15+/-0.05
隔离层： 0.25mm单面铝箔
编织16/7/0.12
外径：7.30+/-0.15
是否是设计尺寸偏大，请业内人士讨论下
