31.6 The defined load referred to in 31.2 is:a) The output power load as determined from Figure 31.1 following measurement of the output
power obtained when load voltage is 85 percent of the open circuit voltage;
b) The marked rating of the transformer if greater than the output determined as in (a); or
c) The marked rating of the transformer if less than the output determined as in (a) and the
transformer is provided with a protective device that operates when the transformer output
power is 110 percent of the marked values
