我的理解是：

Wiring System - 没有插头，直接连接到电箱
Supply Circuit - 有插头，插到插座上

我的理解：
固定式： 电线连接是接到建筑物里面的电线（brunch circuit），电线一般用接线端子等连接器连接，大部分由专业电工安装接线的。
移动式：灯具可以很轻易的用手移动，不用拆卸电线，通过电源线接入电源。
暂时固定式：灯具是暂时固定在某个位置，不能用手随意移动，但是通过电源线接入电源，不要求接线。一般常见的是，移动式橱柜灯，移动式的书架灯，移动式吊灯等。
