电源线问题
音响产品二类器具使用了BS英国插头3芯的，电源线用的是2芯。请问这样能合格吗？工厂按这样做货一年多了。个人理解根据标准15.1.1应该不合格。请大侠指教 :L如果标准不符合，是不是有其他法令什么的规定，所以。:o 首先我们来看下定义：
CLASS II
design in which protection against electric shock does not rely on BASIC INSULATION only, but in which additional safety precautions, such as DOUBLE INSULATION or REINFORCED INSULATION, are provided, there being no provision for protective earthing or reliance upon installation
conditions.
CLASS I
design in which protection against electric shock does not rely on BASIC INSULATION only, but
which includes an additional safety precaution in such a way that means are provided for the
connection of ACCESSIBLE conductive parts to the protective (earthing) conductor in the fixed
wiring of the installation, in such a way that ACCESSIBLE conductive parts cannot become
HAZARDOUS LIVE in the event of a failure of the BASIC INSULATION。
英国插头都是3个PIN的，这个与英国使用的插座有关，其插头内部是有保险丝的。有的地PIN用塑胶材料，有的地PIN用含铜材料。这个都是可以的。
根据定义我们知道，CLlass II 产品是靠本身的加强绝缘来保护的。我们电源线用的是2芯，这个是可以的。如果电源线用的是3芯，而且是有保护地的，那就算I 类产品了。 xuehua_123 发表于 2013-2-5 10:22 static/image/common/back.gif
