扭/拉力的范围（ASTM&QSOP)

ASTM中提到以下情况需做扭/拉力滥用测试：
Any toys with a projection,part,or assembly that a child can grasp with at least the tumb and forefinger or the teeth should be subject to this test.
而QSOP3060中对球状或半球状的突出物是豁免的。有一款产品为球状，而外表材料为EVA颗粒，做扭/拉力测试会有small part出现，如果是MATTEL产品的话扭/拉力测试PASS吗？

你都说会出现Small Part了，如果是三岁以下的玩具怎么可以通过？QSOP只是对球状突出物豁免，但是没有说对球状突出物不能当一般的component来做abuse测试啊。

是有问题，三岁以下肯定不行,如果是球，四岁以下也不行

拇指和食指可以抓住，如果长度比较短，扭力计夹不住怎么判断啊？
