The test shall be performed while the device is hot from
normal operation.这句话什么意思啊？是说灯具点亮状态还是说熄灭时做这个测试啊？

首先, 是非金属材料, 开孔, 二者同时满足; 第二, 耐压是说先将灯泡预热, 即将灯泡安装额定参数点亮至热平衡, 一般15~30分钟, 然后断电再打耐压.
