Question:
In a mobile unit (with power supply cord attached), as a result of excessive amount of movement
of the equipment, it is possible that damage to internal parts of the appliance coupler can occur
which eventually could result in a fire hazard. What requirements should be applied?
Decision:
If the appliance coupler is not according to IEC 60320 apply the tests according to 57.4.
