Question:
For fixed equipment and where the mains cord is accessible (not part of the building wiring),
is the use of a cable clamp necessary for the construction?
Decision:
It was agreed that if the non-detachable mains supply cord is accessible, even if the
equipment is fixed, then a cable clamp should be provided since the cable itself could be
subject to movement.
