Question:
How should motor temperatures be monitored when fitted with a self-resetting temperature
device?
Decision:
It was agreed that temperatures should be monitored during the whole 200 cycle (see
SC14.3) period and that thermocouples may be used to monitor the winding temperature.
The thermocouples should be located such that they do not interfere with the test.
