Question:
Screws which serve as electrical as well as mechanical connections shall be locked against loosening.
1) Is it acceptable if only one of two fixing screws of a ballast is provided with a locking devise?
2) Is it acceptable if the ballast is fixed with only one screw (provided with a locking device), while the
other side is fixed with tape?

1) Yes.
