Portable luminaires for children: there are different opinions around the world on what is a luminaire for
children.
1. In the figures you can see the product designed as “portable luminaire for children”, but
provided with a fixing mean (to the table) and with a mounting instruction clearly indicating
the fixation method. Could this product be regarded as a "fixed general purpose luminaire”?
2. Is it acceptable for a product designed as a “portable luminaire for children” the marking (on
packing and/or on the luminaire), “This is not a luminaire for children”?
